MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN THE WASTE SECTOR!
We are a dynamic and fast-growing waste management business leading the charge towards a sustainable future. We're looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team and help us continue our strong record of growth. As the partner of choice for many of the country's most well-respected organisations, we're dedicated to developing innovative solutions that reduce the impact of waste on our environment.

Responsibilities:
● Creating long-term, trusting relationships with customers
● Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, preparing sales reports
● Identifying new business opportunities among existing customers
● Dealing with client queries and issues
● Liaising with cross-functional internal teams
● Attending regular client visits UK Wide
● Constantly striving to improve the entire customer experience
● Delivering improved waste collection models and ability to write in to a structured proposal
Requirements and Skills:
● 3-5 years of experience in a Total Waste Management solutions/outsourcing business working as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Business Development Manager or Contract Manager
● Experience in Sales or Business Development role within Waste, TWM, Facilities Management, M+E, or Building Services, liaising with customers and coordinating projects is preferred.
● Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
● Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office / Google
● Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
● Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
● Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
