High profile International Hedgefund that is Mayfair based is looking for a dynamic EA to support a senior level team circa (3)
The ideal candidate will be a graduate who has ideally worked within the finance sector and be used to the pace and demands of this sector.
The role will be varied and will involve the tasks listed below:
Gatekeeping diaries and keeping abreast of stakeholders' meeting schedules
Scheduling meetings, taking care of logistics and supporting with meeting preparation as required
Supporting the preparation of presentation materials
Screening calls, facilitating conference calls and managing ad hoc correspondence with external parties
Engaging with internal members of staff across all departments, at all times exercising professional and approachable manner
Coordination of business travel, including booking transport and accommodation, and preparing itineraries
Supporting with the planning, logistics and execution of firmwide events
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
