High profile west end private equity company has a fantastic opportunity for a graduate events coordinator to join their team. This is envisioned to be a high impact role reporting directly in to the Head of Communications.
The bandwidth of events that are held throughout the year are varied such as:
Portfolio virtual events programme - become the central point of contact for the digital events programme which includes 100+ specialist webinars. Virtual event responsibilities will include owning the set-up, communication, live event delivery, event tracking, post event evaluation.
Engagement and events - Support with the day-to-day management of custom built in house events/client dinners.
External events - Support with planning and execution of global events such as forums and Summit, potentially with the opportunity to travel.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate and have a minimum of three years experience of helping organise events.
Exceptional administration and organisation skills with an eye for detail
Client facing and confident to deal with internal and external stakeholders
Good communicator both written and verbal
Good technical experience and confident on Teams/Zoom/power point and MS office
