Anaerobic Digestion Project Manager-Midlands/Remote

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies.

Duties

Input into the design of new Anaerobic Digestion investments
Support the selection process of third-party technology providers
Support contracting activities of third-party technology
Oversee construction delivery for new Anaerobic Digestion plants including management of third-party technology providers and adherence to the delivery contract
Identify, engage and manage site resources to support the development of processing plants
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and updates
Maintain high standards in project reporting and the issuance of progress certificates, ensuring both quality and timeliness
Ensure documentation is in place for installation, commissioning, and maintenance
Ensure the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) performance standards are met for all assigned projects.
Provide input into permitting requirements
Ideal Person
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in project management roles, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery of large-scale energy-to-waste projects (must include Anaerobic Digestion)
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
Self-starter with a quality delivery focus
Ability to manage external project teams
A strong personality and ability to manage construction contractors
HSE and QA/QC training or experience.
