Dynamic hedgefund based in the W-End has an exciting opportunity for graduate EA to join the team, would suit someone that enjoys a varied EA role and enjoys working at pace.
This role will initially be a 6 month contract!
Responsibilities:
This role requires full EA responsibilities for the partners and adhoc to the team.
Extensive diary management through multiple time-zones, a real priority at the moment as they are fund raising.
Managing complex travel arrangements and logistics preparation, and any related changing travel requirements.
Provide proactive support for the Team to ensure business objectives are achieved
Organise meetings and conference calls, navigating schedule conflicts and efficiently any last-minute scheduling changes.
Organise regular lunches and dinners, also attend corporate events as required.
Monthly expenses reconciliation and filing of expenses for the Investment Team
Professional handling of external enquiries, directing messages as appropriate
Office management duties, liaise with suppliers
5 experience essential in a similar assistant role ideally within the Financial Services, Banking or Private Equity sectors, must be exposed to EA duties and office management duties
Relevant qualifications/experience in a similar role or administrative qualifications and experience.
Degree preferred.
Proactive and positive can-do attitude, happy to work within a team setting
Exceptional attention to detail, planning, and organisational skills with strong follow through
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills (written, spoken, numerate)
A 'hands-on' team player approach with ability to stay calm under pressure.
Keen to develop an understanding of the business to ensure proactive support.
Genuine passion and enthusiasm around service to contribute to the running of a professional and welcoming office.
