Dynamic entrepreneur with a finance/Tech background is looking for a high energy EA to support him in both a business and private capacity - must be able to commute to Hampton Court!
The EA will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, ensuring efficient operation of their daily activities. A 70/30 split of personal and business support. This role requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role is office-based in Hampton Court, Monday to Friday, with the expectation of occasional travel and work from the CEO's personal residence and out of hours support. The assistant will be a key partner to the CEO, facilitating communication and acting as a liaison between him and both internal and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, business and personal appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO and family members.
Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external contractors, managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting notes, and follow-up on action items.
Handle confidential information with discretion, exercising sound judgment in complex situations.
Organise and prioritise the CEO's tasks to ensure efficiency and time management.
Provide administrative and project support at the CEO's personal residence as needed.
Communicate with the CEO's partner and household staff regarding all personal and family arrangements.
Assist with personal tasks and errands for the CEO and family members as required.
Liaise with the executive team and other staff members to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Facilitate the CEO's interactions with key stakeholders.
Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion.
Suitable candidates should ideally be degree educated and importantly must have worked in a private capacity previously.
Excellent communicator and someone who thrives in an organisational role.
