Dynamic Mayfair family office that manages the affairs of an UHNW is looking to expand the property team due to the recent acquisition of multiple properties. There is currently an opportunity for a Property Manager (dependent on the individuals experience there is scope for this role to be at Director level)
The properties that need managing are based in London, NY and some estates in the country side. The ideal candidate will be degree educated from a leading university and have a hands-on property experience ideally obtained within the UHNW environment.
The role will be multi-faceted but would cover duties such as:
Arranging tenders for works, inclusive of drafting client brief and schedule of works
Monitor project works to ensure works keep to programme timeline and budget
Managing suppliers and contractors to ensure that work is completed to the highest standards, to agreed timeframes and in a cost-effective manner
Drafting contracts
Construction compliance
Cost management - checking invoices and valuations against works actually done
Carrying out regular site inspections of the portfolio properties
Working alongside the property director to manage the work and maintenance schedules of the property portfolio.
Candidates should be exceptional communicators and be able to demonstrate a minimum of five years relevant experience.
