Responsibilities & Duties:
As a Total Waste Management Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business and fostering strategic partnerships. Your responsibilities include:
* Leads by example with a 'can-do', problem solving attitude.
* Identifying and capitalising on partnership opportunities within the Total Waste Management sector.
* Developing and nurturing relationships fosters business growth and contributes to the company's expansion.
* Ensuring the retention and growth of existing business partnerships.
* Applying critical thinking skills to plan and execute strategies for project success meticulously.
* Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Total Waste Management.
* Efficiently managing a pipeline of potential business opportunities.
* Ensuring workplace health and safety rules are adhered to.
* To promote, develop and abide by the company HS&E Management systems.
* Constantly building internal and external relationships.
* A great communicator at all levels and works as part of a team.
* Positive attitude and leadership with a willingness to support other departments.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* 3-4 years of prior industry-related business development experience, preferably in Total Waste Management.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with partners and stakeholders.
* Proven track record of successfully developing and executing growth strategies.
* A focused and goal-oriented mindset to drive business initiatives forward.
