Dynamic global shipping company has a fantastic opportunity for an assistant to support the Chief of Staff and Leadership Team.

The role requires someone with extensive experience working in a varied EA role, supporting
at C-suite level, ideally a grad with 4 years experience

Hybrid 2 days from home


Duties:
* Meticulous organisation of an extremely busy diary and anticipating meetings from
various time zones
* Arranging complex international travel, including transport, visas and transfers,
and then producing detailed itineraries.
* Providing high quality administrative, secretarial and project support, including
coordination of meetings, managing correspondence and communicating across multiple
time zones and creating and filing documentation including presentations, speaking
notes and spreadsheets.
* Quarterly board meeting organisation (ideally have experience)
* Managing invoices and expenses.
* Providing operational support for meetings and events such as sending calendar
invitations, preparing meeting rooms and booking travel and accommodation for guests
where required.


Skills:
* Ideally degree educated with extensive experience in a similar role in an
international environment, must have
supported at C-Suite level and have worked at board level.
* A positive energy and be a strong team player
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to foster and maintain strong
relationships with a sense of diplomacy when working with internal and external
stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong project management and organisational skills with excellent attention to
detail and the ability to plan effectively, multi-task and prioritise workload with
changing priorities.
* The ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter with sound judgement.
* Excellent coordination and time management skills, and the ability to plan ahead,
devise and manage work plans, anticipate requirements, problems and obstacles,
juggle competing priorities successfully and work effectively and calmly under
pressure to tight deadlines.
* Liaising with the building manager with issues pertaining to the office.
