My client is a leading EPC organisation who is urgently looking for an experienced Piping Supervisor to work on their project in Poland. The contract is to begin ASAP and will last for a period of 12+ months with the possibility for extension.

Job Description
The Piping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of piping systems, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of piping personnel, including pipefitters, welders, and laborers, to ensure efficient and timely completion of piping installations.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop detailed work plans and schedules for piping activities.
- Ensure that all piping work is performed to the highest quality standards, conducting inspections and tests to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a safe work environment.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during piping installation, working closely with other supervisors and contractors to find effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily reports, progress updates, and inspection logs, and communicate regularly with project management on the status of piping activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years' piping supervision experience
- Experience with large scale industrial projects (Oil & Gas/Petrochemical)
- English is MANDATORY, Polish language skills desirable
- NOTE: Must have a pre-existing right to work in Poland (Resident or EU/EEA Citizen)
